1. Service Adjustments
If you’re not satisfied with any part of the web development service we’ve provided, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the work. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and make any necessary adjustments or revisions to meet your expectations.
2. Project Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project before it’s completed, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the work completed up to the point of cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded if applicable.
3. Refunds
Since our services are based on custom web development work, refunds are generally not offered once the work has started or is completed. However, if there are any issues with the work, we will work with you to resolve them to your satisfaction.
